The order of 1892 referred to was made on the strength of which the Colonial Probate Act applied to the Colony by the Act 15th March (55 & 56 Vic - 1893). It is clear that that order did not give full reciprocity in regards Scotland other than was continued in the order of 1897. This Act makes the order retroactive to the date of the 1897 order, validates what was done in the colony under the 1892 order & the 1897 order.
